Can you help if I already have a supplier?
Yes. Share the supplier’s location, cargo details and readiness date. We can coordinate collection, consolidation and shipping without arranging product sourcing.
How do I choose between LCL and FCL?
Send the number of packages, total weight, dimensions, origin and destination. We compare suitable options for your shipment. There is no single volume threshold that works for every route or cargo type.
Are customs clearance, duties and delivery included?
For conventional freight forwarding, inclusions depend on your agreed quotation. We clarify origin handling, international freight, destination charges, customs support and delivery before booking. If you need DDP service, tell us so we can confirm the appropriate scope.
What products can you help source or ship?
Share product specifications, reference images, quantities and the destination. We review feasibility with you. Regulated, branded or sensitive goods need individual assessment before purchasing or shipping.
